Company Timeline
2010 - Foundation
Playmango Games Private Limited was incorporated on May 17, 2010, in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company started with a focus on mobile game development for emerging markets.
2012 - First Major Release
Launched "Galaxy Raiders," our first hit game, which garnered over 1 million downloads within six months and established our reputation in the action-adventure genre.
2015 - Expansion
Expanded our team and moved to a larger studio. Secured Series A funding from Indian investors, enabling us to invest in advanced game engines and R&D.
2018 - Global Recognition
"Mystic Quest" won the "Best Mobile Game" award at the India Game Developer Conference. We began partnerships with international publishers for distribution.
2020 - Pandemic Response
Adapted to remote work and launched "Home Heroes," a free game to support mental wellness during lockdowns, downloaded by over 10 million users globally.
2023 - Current Achievements
Released "Neon Drift," our most ambitious PC game, and crossed 50 million total downloads. Opened a new office in Hyderabad to tap into regional talent.
